Major League Rugby (MLR), is a North American professional Rugby Union league. It is sanctioned annually by USA Rugby, and is part World Rugby. MLR will have 12 teams in 2023, as opposed to the seven that were established in 2018. The teams will play in Los Angeles or Dallas. There is also the possibility of another team in Canada.

Major League Rugby is divided into two conferences. Each conference will have the top three division winners, with the conference finals featuring the conference champions.
